Freedom is Your Birthright.

Two women are sitting on chairs, smiling, with their hands touching in a high five or handshake. There is a small wooden table between them with a vase of flowers, and books underneath. The setting is bright and cheerful.

Reclamation starts here…
with curiosity, care, and your own
inner wisdom.

Ready to feel fearlessly alive?
This is the work that helps you remember how.

Hi. I am so glad you are here. I’m Iona…

Integrative coach, hypnotist, and lifelong educator. For more than two decades, I have supported individuals and professionals through transformational practices rooted in neuroscience, somatics, and deep inner work. Whether I am guiding a group of frontline providers or walking one-on-one beside someone ready to let go of what no longer serves them, my work is always centered in curiosity, compassion, and co-creation.

I believe that change doesn’t require reliving the past, it requires rewiring the present. We can all become our own inner alchemist. My role is to help you do that in a way that feels safe, supported, and powerful.

What Brings People to This Work

There’s a moment - sometimes subtle, sometimes seismic -
when the old ways just stop working.

You've read the books. You've done the mindset work.
Maybe even talked it out in therapy for years.

And still, something won’t shift.

The habits that numb instead of soothe. The beliefs that shrink you.
The sense that you’re moving through life,
but not fully living it.

People come here when they’re hungry for change that goes deeper.
When insight isn’t enough, because the body keeps holding
what the mind just wants to let go.

This work meets you there - with care, not force -

and allows you to become
the alchemist
on your own journey of healing.

This is a body-based path that honors both how you’re wired,
and how
real change takes root.

A little more about me…

I’ve trained hundreds of professionals across the education, healthcare, and social service sectors. My work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and cited by CASEL. I’ve co-authored national wellness curriculums, led research summits, and taught yoga based mindfulness to teens, educators, and trauma survivors alike.

But more than anything, my greatest joy is in walking the path with you
as you reclaim what has always been yours.
